Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours.

Note: Return or change item fees will be on the store NOT the customer
Refunds & Return are NOT available under the following circumstances:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address or Mobile contact number)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster).
- customer change his mind
- find the same item cheaper in another place
- using the item
- products that have a note "Items can't be returned once purchased "in the description
- Items Size is Small or Large
Note: If the customer would you like to change the item even the above circumstances are met, customer will pay the return fees which is AED 20
